Villa L has a dedicated team of 13 people.

  • Manager: Pak Putu is on call 24 hours a day and her job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and to assist guests during their stay, Pak Putu is on call 24 hours a day.
  • Chef: Villa L's full time Chef will propose you a gourmet food and any special requests.
  • Waiters/housekeepers: 4 full-time people are on hand to attend to guests' every need.
    This includes serving food and beverages at meal times, as well as snacks, afternoon tea, cocktails and drinks throughout the day and evening. They will also attend to all the daily cleaning and domestic duties at Villa L, including the laundry (at no extra cost).
  • Gardeners: The garden at Villa L is tended daily by 2 gardeners who work hard to maintain high standards without disturbing the guests.
  • Security: The villa is kept safe and secure day and night by a team of  4 security guards working rotating shifts.
  • Technician: Our own technician handles all maintenance of the villa.
  • Pool Technician: Our 3 swimming pool are well maintenanced on daily basis by our full time pool technician.

On extra and upon request:

  • Babysitter: For parents who would appreciate a break in the demanding care of their overactive kids, feel free to ask for the warm and friendly assistance of a babysitter, who will attend toddlers and children.
  • Spa staff/masseuse: Off-site, fully trained spa staff from Senggigi will visit the villa on request to provide a range of spa and massage treatments.
